My name is Tracy, I live in North Sheffield and I'm a mum to a pair of very spirited 7 year olds who are the absolute light of my life..

I have always had a deep fascination with spirituality and alternative therapy ever since I was a child. I intrinsically believe that we all have the ability to connect to our true selves and tap into universal life energy to achieve overall health and wellbeing and bring balance to not only our own lives but to that of others around us. Reiki came into my life in quite an unexpected way and now plays a huge part of mine and my family's day to day existence and I am delighted to get the opportunity to share it with you.
